Luis Samayoa

Luis Samayoa brings extensive experience in legal operations and paralegal leadership across multiple areas of law, including personal injury, workers’ compensation (both defense and plaintiff), landlord‑tenant matters, and mass tort litigation. Throughout his career, Luis has built a reputation for operational excellence, team leadership, and a deep understanding of the workflows that drive successful legal practices.

Before joining Datavative, Luis served as an Operations Manager overseeing large‑scale mass tort portfolios. His work included managing major national litigations such as the Weight Loss Drug Mass Tort, PFAS Mass Tort, and the Georgia Bio Lab Mass Tort, among many others. In these roles, he led cross‑functional teams, optimized case operations, and ensured that firms were equipped with the processes and stru:w cture needed to handle high‑volume, high‑impact litigation efficiently.

Today, Luis works as a Product Manager at Datavative, where he helps guide operational initiatives and collaborates closely with development teams to create practical, high‑impact solutions for clients. Since joining the company in May 2026, he has focused on building tools and systems that enhance efficiency, strengthen firm operations, and support Datavative’s commitment to empowering  law firms.

Luis currently resides outside of Baltimore, Maryland with his wife and their two dogs, Milo and Sadie. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, watching and participating in sports such as boxing and soccer, and traveling the world with friends and family.
