Success for us is not defined by just delivering a working solution. Rather, success is when our solution delivers an experience where an end user prefers to use the application we deploy over anything they have done previously.
The power of technology is in helping businesses become organized, more efficient, more scalable, reduce their risk, improve margins, and deliver better customer service for their clients. When it makes sense we use automation to reduce repetitive tasks that employees don’t like to do and often result in user error. This leads to increased scalability at less cost without sacrificing accuracy.
The end goal is to design a system that delivers the right information at the right time in an easily consumable format to the executive team so they can make intelligent decisions about their business.
Datavative was founded by Bill Denninger and Yehia Said under the principle that technology is not the answer. It is a tool that is utilized to get to a better plan of operations.
Together they have over two decades of experience building large scale plaintiff law firms across multiple areas of practice. Over the course of their careers, they have designed processes from the ground up, defined employee positions, and built the technology to optimize those assets. They have led digital transformation efforts in some of the largest law firms in the country. Their initiatives have led to better customer service delivery, firm revenue growth, greater efficiency, and greater net profitability.
William Denninger is a Co-Founder of Datavative where he focuses on strategy and process design that enable our clients to achieve their goals for growth and profitability.
Prior to co-founding Datavative, William held numerous positions at Weitz & Luxenberg where he restructured and built entirely new departments. He also played a pivotal role in the firm’s recent growth in some of the most competitive torts in the country.
William started in the legal industry when he founded a process serving company that was able to use automation to file and serve thousands of lawsuits at significantly reduced costs to his clients.
Upon successfully exiting his first company he worked at LexisNexis where he assisted firms with marketing and technology. During this time, he recognized a lack of operations and technology skills at many firms. William transitioned to work directly for firms where he went on to build multiple law firms in over 10 different areas of practice. He is a frequent speaker on podcasts and has been selected to sit on panels for both vendors and The National Trial Lawyers Association.
